Registration includes:

Lodging: Friday and Saturday night in the Lodging option of your choosing. (Options below)

Meals: Friday Lunch and Dinner; Saturday Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; and Sunday Breakfast. Please be sure to indicate any food allergies or medical conditions on your registration.

Lodging Options:

Conference Center -

Hotel Style - double $400.00 per person. private $500.00 per person. 

Each room consists of two beds and a private bath. Bedding and bath linens are provided.  When you register for double occupancy, you will have the opportunity to request a roommate. Please be sure they request you as well.  We will pair up any other participants. You also have the opportunity to share any mobility issues you might have. The rooms are in the conference center, there is an elevator available.  For those who are ambitious, these rooms are within walking distance of the Chapel where our sessions will be held.  For the rest of us, there is also the option to ride or drive from the Conference Parking Lot up to the chapel, where there is another parking lot.

Ginn Lodge - Semi Private - $300.00

Ginn Lodge has 3 suites each consisting of two rooms and a shared bathroom.  Each suit can sleep a minimum of 3 people, maximum of 5. Bedding is provided. When you register, you have the opportunity to request a roommate. Please be sure they request you as well.  We will pair up any other participants. Ginn Lodge is located within walking distance from the Retreat Center and the Chapel, where our sessions will be held, although we welcome you to drive or ride if that is easier.  Cost of registration is $300.00.

Meals: Meals provided are Lunch Friday thru Breakfast Sunday.

Retreat Programming: All programming as listed on the tentative schedule, subject to changes as staff plans.

​

Early Arrival: Carson Springs allows participants to arrive early on Thursday.  You will mark on your registration that you are coming on Thursday after 2:00 p.m. and before 10:00 p.m. (after that time there won't be anyone to check you in and give you a room key.)  When you arrive that day you will check in at the desk in the main lobby of the Conference Center and pay for Thursday night's early arrival (which is not included in your retreat package).

***Please be aware that Zeffy will automatically default to a 10 - 12% donation for their service which is free of charge to us as a non-profit. 

You have the ability to change that donation to any amount you want.
