Registration includes 2 nights lodging,

 6 meals and all retreat programming.

We remain committed to offering Walking Stick Retreats at a fair and reasonable rate. All price adjustment reflect the rising costs passed on to us from our retreat venues. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Damon at your convenience.

LODGING OPTIONS​

Cedar Crest Hotel features 38 cozy rooms with private bathrooms, a comfortable lounge with a TV and a free coffee machine.  

Some rooms have a queen bed with a private bath.  The rest of the rooms have 2 double beds and a private bath. Bedding and bath linens are provided.

COST

Cost of registration is $500.00 for a private room.

Cost of registration is $400.00 per person for double occupancy. 

When you register for double occupancy, you have the opportunity to request a roommate. Please be sure they request you as well.  We will pair up any other participants who purchase double occupancy tickets.

MOBILITY

The facilities we are using have accessible rooms. When you register you will have the opportunity to share any mobility issues you might have.

MEALS​​​​​

Meals provided are Lunch on Friday thru Breakfast on Sunday. 

They will be served in English Hall, the dining area.

​RETREAT PROGRAMMING

Retreat programming consists of all events listed on the tentative schedule, subject to changes planned by the staff.  All retreat programming will take place in Voight Center.

THURSDAY EVENING ARRIVAL​

Eagle Eyrie will allow participants to arrive early (on Thursday afternoon/evening). There is no programming or meals provided, but there are various options for dinner Thursday and breakfast Friday in nearby towns.

The cost for Thursday arrival is $90.00 for private room, $65.00 for double occupancy.  This covers your room cost for Thursday night.  Look for the ticket option that includes early arrival.

REGISTRATION​

*We are using Zeffy for registration and payment.

*Please be aware that Zeffy will automatically suggest a donation for their service which is free of charge to us.  You have the ability to change that donation to any amount (from zero to infinity) when you check out.  If you have questions about this, call Dawn @ 913-579-1086 BEFORE you pay for registration.
